The peanut, reduced to its protein. Pressed to remove 85% of the fat, then spray-dried so it dissolves in cold water. Plant-based, sweetened with monk fruit, and it tastes of the roasted nut it came from. Milled fine enough to dissolve without clumping. 55g of protein per 100g, 1000g pack, about 28 servings.
