Arcelo Nutri Food
Est. 2024Surat, Gujarat

We started with one raw material and refused to waste it.

Arcelo Nutri Food is a manufacturer first. We run a peanut processing facility in Surat that supplies our own three brands and produces under private label for other brands.

Where it came from

A gap on the shelf, not a gap in the market

High-protein food in India in 2024 was mostly one of two things: imported and priced accordingly, or domestic and padded with palm oil, sugar and stabilisers to hit a price point.

Peanuts are grown here in enormous quantity, they are among the most protein-dense crops grown in India, and the country has processed them for generations. There was no good reason for a clean, high-protein spread to be a luxury import.

So we built the facility first and the brands second. That order matters — it is why we can tell you how the roast is run, the press temperature and the lab that tested the batch, rather than pointing at a contract manufacturer.

“Every shortcut available to us raises margin and lowers quality. We have taken none of them, and that is the entire proposition.”

The house

Three brands, because one product could not carry it all

They share a facility, a raw material and a standard. They speak to completely different people.

Annadhara
Heritage

Annadhara

Virgin peanut oil extracted below 40°C, without solvents, bleaching or deodorising — so the aroma, vitamin E and natural colour survive the process.

Zero waste by design

Most manufacturers throw away the best part.

Extracting protein from a peanut releases its oil. Almost everyone sells the protein and dumps the oil into the commodity market. We built a second brand around it — and a third product line from what was left after that.

  1. 01Fit Muscles

    High-protein spreads

The kernel is slow-roasted and stone-ground, then fortified to 36g of protein per 100g.

  2. 02Arcelo

    Isolated peanut protein

Pressing removes 85% of the fat. What remains is spray-dried into a cold-soluble protein.

  3. 03Annadhara

    Cold-pressed virgin oil

The oil released by that press is never discarded — it is gravity-filtered and bottled below 40°C.

  4. 04Bulk supply

    Defatted peanut flour

The remaining cake is milled into feed-grade flour for cattle, poultry and pet nutrition.

How we operate

Four rules we have not broken yet

The label is the whole story
If it is in the jar it is on the label, in the order it appears by weight. No proprietary blends, no “natural flavour” standing in for something we would rather not name.
Yield is not the only number
Almost every shortcut in this industry — hotter presses, solvent extraction, stabilisers — exists to raise yield. We give up yield in several places on purpose, and the price reflects that.
Every batch gets tested
Protein content, moisture, peroxide value and contamination screening, batch by batch, at an NABL-accredited laboratory. Certificates are available to any customer who asks.
Nothing leaves as waste
Protein, oil and flour all come out of the same kernel. What one process rejects, the next one uses.
