Fit Muscles

Protein density, without the compromise.

Most high-protein spreads get there by adding filler and sugar to make it palatable. We got there by fortifying a genuinely good roast and leaving everything else out.

Fit Muscles — Protein density, without the compromise.
How it is made

Four steps, and nothing hidden between them

There is no proprietary blend and no flavour house involved. This is the entire process.

  1. 01

    Sourcing

Bold-grade groundnuts from Gujarat and Rajasthan, graded for size and moisture before they reach the roaster.

  2. 02

    Small-batch roast

Roasted at a controlled moderate temperature. Push it hotter and you get colour fast, but you scorch the protein and flatten the aroma.

  3. 03

    Stone grinding

Ground in stages so friction heat stays low. Particle size is calibrated separately for creamy and crunchy.

  4. 04

    Fortify & fill

Whey protein isolate blended in for the High Protein range, then filled and sealed the same day. No stabilisers, so no emulsifier step.

Side by side

Against a typical supermarket jar

Per 100g, comparing our High Protein range with a typical mass-market peanut butter sold in India.

The supermarket column is indicative. It is read from the published labels of brands that are widely sold in India, not from a measured market average, and individual products will sit above and below it. Our figures are per batch and verified at an NABL-accredited laboratory.

Who buys it

Built for people counting something

Macros, mostly. Sometimes just ingredients.

Training seriously

Hitting a protein target every day without the sugar load that comes with most convenient sources.

Eating on the move

Something on toast or in oats at 6am that holds until lunch, and does not read like a confectionery label.

Reading the label

An ingredient list short enough to read in one go, all of it recognisable, and a jar that separates because there is nothing in it holding the oil down.
